Falkirk’s premier music beer hall and the official taproom of Not That California Brewing Company. With 27 taps, including 8 of our own NTC brews, plus Budvar Unfiltered, Budvar Dark, and 16 guest beers, there’s plenty to explore. We also offer 5 growler lines for fresh beer to go.
Live music is at our core, with performances most Saturdays and throughout the week, featuring a range of original acts—rock being our staple. We boast the largest pub stage in town, giving a platform to both new and established artists.
Beyond beer and music, enjoy darts, ping pong, retro games, and a chillout area with a projector. We host tap festivals, country acts, and as Falkirk’s first proper bottle shop, we’re constantly expanding our selection.
